This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in human resources who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
Assist in recruitment efforts, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and compliance activities.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an HR Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
